The information we collect

 

When you engage Option’s services or sign up for information services we may collect and process the following data about you:
 
- Your full name, title, company, postal address, email address, telephone number, fax number.
 
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site.
 
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
 
- Details of your visits to the Site including, but not limited to, home server domain names, e-mail addresses, Web browser types, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and deliver you the service you require. This is statistical information about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

If the user doesn’t give an answer to or doesn’t complete the required information by Option, Option shall not be liable for the damages as a result of the unanswered or uncompleted information by the user.

 

Commitment to privacy

To make sure your personal information remains confidential, we communicate these privacy guidelines to every Option employee. Option does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information. The Site could contain links to other sites. Option does not share your personal information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Accuracy of your information Option strives to keep personal information accurately recorded. Option provides individuals with reasonable access to their personal information that was provided to Option and reasonable capability to review and correct it, ask that it be made anonymous, blocked, or deleted as applicable (“Right to Modify”). This Right to Modify will be free of charge.

 

Retention of data

The personal information shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
